Business and Industry Training

In order to promptly address the training needs of local industry on an as-needed basis, the WTC offers customized training program.

The Workforce Training Coordinator works with HR managers and supervisors to establish customized training programs for business and industry, who are adding new jobs, just getting started, or relocating.

Additionally, the Arkansas Department of Economic Development is available to assist with developing customized training, and companies can recover part of the cost of the training program through the state Existing Worker Training Program fund.
