The fastest possible occupancy of a customized building is at
the heart of the speculative Building concept. Placement of equipment
pits and even the depth of a concrete floor have been left to the ultimate
owner. So have arrangements for offices, restrooms, break rooms,
lighting, HVAC, and other components of the new facility. Our goal has
been to complete as much of the basic construction as necessary to permit
the typical new owner to complete the project within no more than 120 days,
and sometimes less. For the company that needs to move fast this is an
ideal situation.
