The Qualifications to apply for this program are:

Your annual household family income must be at or below 80% of the median income. These limits adjusted for family size are as follows:

1 person=    24,250

2 people=    27,700

3 people=    31,200

4 people=    34,650

5 people=    37,400

6 people=    40,200

7 people=    42,950

8 people=    45,750

You must be a first-time homebuyer- meaning that you have not owned a home within the last three (3) years.)

You will be required to attend at least a minimum of eight (8)hours of homebuyer education classes.
